Maja Blanca is a popular, creamy Filipino dessert (or kakanin) made from coconut milk, cornstarch, and condensed milk, often mixed with sweet corn kernels. Often called "coconut pudding," it has a thick, smooth, gelatin-like texture, is served chilled, and is frequently topped with shredded cheese or toasted coconut (latik).
